Left Testicle Varicocle

My Husband Age 38 is Having left testicle varicocele, Grade 1 , Please help us, I hope someone will hear us in this forum and help us

Take hamamelis Q 10drops in 1/2glass water 3 times daily internaly.

Apply compress with the same externaly .
Also take calcarea flur 6x 3tabs 3times daily..
