need help of doctor kumar about hernia, weight loss and etc

i have read many of the posts here and found that you respond to many of them and u have a nice knowledge of homeopathy basics
i am alsoa student of homeopathy

i am 30 years old woman and a mother of 3 kids (7 years daughter, 3 years son and 3 months baby)
i am breastfeeding my baby
last pregnancy caused fats on my belly , sides and hips and i look fat.
my weight is 65 kg and height is just 5 feet
i have hernia problem around my navel, pain with empty stomach (in morning), releives after eating.
leuchorhea, less or more but almost always, white discharge like egg white.
periods are ok, though just one periods after delivery, but earlier i had no issue with periods.
mind: anger, irritation and weeping mood.
constant back pain in lower region
stool, urine ok
hunger and thirst normal

my 3 years old son have following symptoms

tonsils, red and swollen and pain
low appetite, dont want to eat or drink
crying always on little things, anger and irritation
physically weak


pls guide good medicine for me and my son
