Enlarged lymph nodes

I am 35 years old man. For about one year I have enlarged lymph glands i neck (one or two on each side, supraclivicular) and mediastinum (many galnds) and one or two in abdomen, close to the liverhilus. Symtomes: 1.Much tought of disease. 2.Often i feel heavyness over liver. 3. when i take meal so some time it hinderes its way in upper part of esofagous. 4. Often numbness on a littel area on bak og chest, close to bakebone, leftside .
I have tried Lycopodium i høy potency for aboyt one year (one dose every 2 months) but no effect.
Can any body suggest treatment? Dr. Sharma?

I would suggest Merc 6x once a day
Then wait a week and use Hepar Sul once a day for a week.

Again wait a week and use Silica 6x once a day for a week.
