recurring uti and vaginal yeast infection

I m 34 , female, married..
I have recurring uti and yeast infection problem that causes a constant fatigue and lack of concentration. I have pain in lower abdomen and delayed periods. I consult a homeopath online ..he recomends sepia 30 twice daily..and nm+km 12X 4 tablets twice a day...I bought medicine but not sure about dosage..
Can some.one suggest me how much drops of sepia 30 ????
And nm and km are two separat medicines ...shuld I take 2,2 tablets from each..or 4,4 tablets from each..kindly help

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1-2 drops of Sepia 30 in 1/2 glass water constitute one dose at a time.

Kali mur and natrum mur 12x are two medicines. You should take 4 tablets from each twice daily..
