"Pseudo Myopia " due prolonged Computer Use

10 years ago when my brother ( he was 30 years old then)was told , while undergoing had undergone a complete periodic medical check up including eyes tests in a most reputed eye hospital of India, that he was perfectly healthy. Though the power of the eyes at that point of time was 0.25(both the eyes) he was advised not to use spectacles as the eye pressure was normal and unnecssarily wearing a specs would have disturbed the natural power of the eyes.

My brother is now 40 and last 6 years he has been working with Computers almost 6- 10 hrs every day X 6 days a week. Now a days he finds it difficult to read smaller prints in the paper. He has to hold the paper about 40-45cm away from the eyes for proper readability. The visibility of smaller prints is further reduced when the light is low. His eyes were tested and found that power of his eyes are increased to 0.75 (both eyes). There is no pain or any other inconveniences except the fact that his eye brow hair poulation has decreased to approximate tune of 10-15% of the normal earlier one. But there is no feeling of eye brow hair fall.Though there is no eye problem while working on Computer ,the Doctor advised to wear specs of power 0.75. On second opinion with another eye specialist, he says that my brother is suffering from "Pseudo Myopia" due to prolonged focussed looking at illuminated computer screen while working on computer for which he is suggesting to do eye rolling excersises for three months before further testing. So he is not wearing specs now.It seems his eyes are habitual to the reading of computer screen.

Can any homeopath can help to cure this "Psudeo Myopia"?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
i work at eye doctors office and that sounds like presbyopia, as you get older 40 and over you need reading glasses to help, you get th long arm syndrome as we call it. the closer you hold things to read the more power the farther away the less power. usuall y his age +1.25 to +1.50 over the counter readers work

Thank you!Dr Deoshlok Sharma, as per your advice my brother is going to try Physostigma 6C.
(Some eye clinics have attached Optical shops either run by themselves or some of their "commercialaffiliates". Whenever one go to a eye doctor, they try to prescribe the specs as quickly as possible, probably there are people who survive by selling specs).
Could you please advise the right dosage & period.
