8. List out all your PROBLEMS with its since how long,which part is affected,which side,what you feel during complaint etc:in an order(which came first then which came?
ANS: 1:spine/backbone pain and stiffness.sometimes upper back sometimes lower back.
2:left leg sciatica pain often occured....settled down with Homeo medicines.
Currently....it's started when I did heavy work like pushing the bed on my own.lower back pain that goes to thigh and sometimes in whole leg.
Left buttock has severe pain.
I m all right while walking and standing but pain starts when sitting or lying down.i can't turn my side easily.i can't get up fast n quick....but slowly n step by step I get up n stand up but after taking 2 steps hardly I am alright walking fastly swiftly and quickly.
3.before 4 months my left leg had siatica pain but the same symptoms only the leg got numb while lying down...and pain was severe at night.it settled down with Homeo med. But now it's started again after heavy work.

ANS:
Yes...after bath....at night....after sitting it's not easy to stand after lying down it's not easy to get up....by carrying pressure it hurts...after eating gastric food it worsens.
b)When Its Better,for each complaint (eg: by pressure,what time,by heat, by cold, any season,any food, eating,after sleep,by sweat,after stool & urine ,after bathing etc.?)
ANS:
After stool or gas it's better
9. Mind:sensitive/angry/sad/weeping/fear of/anxiety/shy etc.,memory,desire company,grief,lewd etc.
ANS: sensitive but don't weep.
Angery but cool down and repentance.
Shy but with confidence
Soft hearted but can hide emotions from others.
Don't like noise n crowd n social gatherings.
FEAR of Allah...aakhirat....helplessness and life after death.

10. Thermal:which weather do you prefer hot or cold? Which is NOT tolerable?
ANS: I prefer hot even it's extreme...I never wish for coold or winter's or chills.

11. Frequent or occasional nausea,vomiting to any food,headache,gas trouble,leucorrhea(white discharge-females) ,dandruff,hairfall etc.explain if any
ANS: only
Dandruff in winter when I wash my hair with warm water.
Gas trouble is my problem .when I eat any such food and gas doesn't pass I feel like slow...faint like....depressive...just want to be alone with closed eyes

12. Stool:regular/quantity/frequent desire/satisfied/bleeding?
ANS:
Stool I pass sometimes daily.sometimes after a day.but whenever I face any trouble or I hear any bad need or I know about problem from my dear ones...I suddenly feel urge to go to the toilet to pass the stool.

ANS:
Normal
14. Menses: regular,how many days,frequency of cycle,any complaints before or during menses like pimples,backache,white discharge,pain in abdomen,legs etc.,irritability,constipation,diarrhea,nausea etc?
ANS:
Alhumdulillah NO problem or complaint regarding menses.i get cycle of 28 days.3 days full flow and 1 day light and finish on 5th day
15. Sweat:profuse,scanty,offensive,stains
ANS: normal sweating according to the weather


16. Sleep:satisfied/disturbed?particular dreams?
ANS: Normal,rich and deep sleep from 10 to 5.often see meaningful dreams

17. Appetite: how often,quantity,satisfied?
ANS:
3 meals a day.
Bread n omelette in breakfast
One roti n veg in lunch
Rice 2 bowls in dinner.

18. Thirst: how many glasses ?how often?
ANS:
In winter I don't feel urge.in summer I drink plenty of water but when I drink water to my full like 2 glasses at a time...ifeel slow n feel load on stomach

ANS: love salty...don't like chocolates or cakes or candies or sweet dishes...only seldom I eat in small quantity.
Like meat and fruits....can't tolerate sour as it causes me throat pain ...

ANS: I don't go for ice creams....pizza... burgers...lassagnia...I prefer Desi food

ANS: it's normal

ANS:
High blood pressure during pregnancies which was shooting but ended up always after deliveries.
No diabetes.
2 c-sections and 1 foreceps delivery.
But 3 times got injection in spine.
24. Do you have any skin complaints-itching,,discoloration etc.?
ANS:
No.

Homeo medicines like rhustox.byronia.discorea.for sciatica

ANS: care for others problems and indulge in them as if it's my problem
Dr.one more thing....I v to carry my son often for toilet or for taking him to car ....As he can't walk...and I carry him on my left side that also increases my pain and grief.

Dr. I never take any medicines unnecessary....neither allo nor homeo....these med.we're too much for me and he asked me to take...20+20+10+5 drops 3 times a day and pills once a day and gave me 2 doses of BYRONIA
I had these medicines 3 days.....I felt no change in pain....but I felt anxiety and bad taste of med. in my mouth and got a terrible LIP SORE.
so I left these med.
this is the story of a week ago
I still have sore lip that hurts me

at home...can I use them?if yes then plz prescribe the dose.

I took one dose of RHUSTOX in the morning....do I need to take it once every morning or it was a single dose.....I mean .....to repeat it or not?
