Hair Loss Problem
Hi,I am a 25-year-old female, experiencing hair loss since I was 13. I had my hair straightened in a salon and lost a lot of it. It grew back almost immediately, and then a couple of years later, I started to lose it again. Since, it has gotten worse and is now very scanty, especially at the top (and is sensitive to the touch there). I used Rogaine for 3 years, which hindered the loss, but of course no new growth. I have tried he sho wu for a short time, but I was wondering what else you might recommend? There is no history of hair loss in any of the women on either side of my family, they have very thick hair, in fact. There are a few male members on my father's side who have male pattern baldness. I am not familiar with homeopathic medicine, but willing to try as long as it's safe. Please advise, and thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I should also say, I am experiencing some itchiness and dryness on my scalp, and there is a layer of yellowish substance on top of the scalp, which I seem not to be able to get ride of after washing or massaging the scalp.
