weak erection

sir , I am 32 years old male facing weak ection.when the erection occurs I am not able to sustain it and my penis do not get hard enough to penetrate vagina. I have been a heavy smoker and drinker for last 12 years . I also used to masturbate a lot. Otherwise my health is good and my mood is always cheerfull.Need help.
