Dry Eye

Hi,

I am 35 years old male. I have been working in software and looking monitor from 8 AM till 11 PM.
I have been suffering from the dry eye for the last 2 years. It was ok in between for 3 months.

Symptoms :-
Sometimes pain on my upper lid of my eye
Sometimes eyes are burning
Sometimes some foreign body sensation
Sometimes feeling very dry when I wake up in the morning.

Sometime symptms are bad throughout the day.

But, I feel if i dont strain my eyes i feel better.

Doctor said, My body is not producing enough tears and the quality of the tears also not good. Tear evaporates quickly. They are not able to tell exactly. The have taken my blood sample for checking Omega3.

Have been eating fish oil for dry eye and using RESTASIS eye drops, artificial drops, but still not getting better.

Any suggestion would be great.
