wound marks

i am suffering for 3 year in this marks i am consalt to allopathic doctors suggest cllonate-f cram and ultra soft shop and medicine but medicine reacted badly so full face on red pimples so i am consult to homeopathic doctor his suggect remedy name one dose radium brom 1m and led.pal.+sulpher ioditum 200c power but its only treat red pimples on face but wound marks not treated and i am use also silicea 30,200,1m but also not treat so please you suggest me best remedy foe wound marks i am very disturbed to wound marks because i am not wearing half shirts
