Penish problem

Mera nam Amit hai....mai 27 sal ka hi.....mera problem ye hai ki mera Penish fully tight nhi hota aur Size bhi bahut chhota hai....mujhey ye feel hota hai ki penish dheela ho gya hai
Aur penish ke sath sath mera Andkosh bhi pehle se chhotey ho gye hai.
Meri shadi july me hai.
Plz sir...meri help kijiye aur koi achha medicin suggest kijiye...jis ke use se mai sahi ho saku.

Lekin kitne dino tak ya kitne mahino tak es medicin ko use karunga mai.
Abhi to filhal 15 din use kar ke aapko result reply karunga.

Sir mai ye Jaanaa chahta hu ki....Homeopathic ki Kai medicin ek sath use kr sakte hai ki nahi.
Kyu ki.....mai abhi ek aur homeopathic medicin use kar rha hu.
Kya dono medicin ek sath use kiya ja sakta hai yaa nhi?
