Fullness of left ear along with humming sound

I am suffering from fullness of left ear along with humming from past few months. Visited many ENT given me steroid medicine, for the time being fullness of ear reduces but humming sound persists. Please suggest what to do. Done Audiometry test twice. Result are different one shows mild conductive hearing loss another moderate sinusoidal hearing loss. Please suggest still having fullness of ear and humming sound
