Need Height Increase also having some different problems
I am 18 years old male, and my height is 5'3", I want to add some inches in my height before it stop growing. I am also feeling weakness in my legs and recently I also encountered some muscle spasms. My body feels fatigue. I am considering this as calcium and vitamin b12 deficiency maybe. Needs expert guidance regarding medication. Also I have still not got any facial hair and I am also having some hair fall.P.S.- My weight is 62 kgs and moderate build.
