Testudines/Turtles/Tortoises

I have recently read a proving of the Snapping Turtle (Chelydra serpentina).
I am wondering if anyone has any available information on other Testudines (Turtles, Tortoises) that they can share, or compare and contrast with the snapping turtle proving.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

One thing to check before comparison, is how the proving was done. Some of the provings are not done "properly" as you will find some are done thru "meditation" and then published etc . You want to compare the same methodology.
