creatinine level increase

my father is a diabetic patient for approx 10 years. six months ago his creatinine level was 1.3. but now its 2.2, urea 56. six months ago I changed the doctor. in the last few months he is taking trajenta duo 2.5/1000, seloken xl, rozat 20 etc. with these medicines we think that his creatinine level increased.he is now 57 years old.fasting is 88 and pp is 140.pressure is normal.120/80.body weight is 69.i want homeopathic suggestions now.please help.

Calc phos 6x
Natrum phos 6x
Kali phos 6x
Natrum sulph 6x
2 pills each three times a day
Report after two weeks

yesterday another test done and report is creatinine is 1.65 and urea is 45.without medication the report changes within 10 days.dont know how?both tests are done from different labs. should i continue with these medicines?
