Argent Nit 30c

Hi! I have been prescribed Argent Nit 30C by my doctor for my nervouseness.
Basically after using the toilet in the morning I always feel that I will have diarrhea and this makes me nervous and I can't go through my day as these thoughts always trouble me. I have candida and Ibs. She has asked me to take one dose a day (3 pellets). Is it okay if I take 2 doses on some days? Thanks.
