No empty bladdar and urine

I have done my ultrasound and found out that the bladdar retains urine (60ml post). I have already used acid phos and other medicines but no relief. There is no diabetes, no prostate. age is 32 years. then why there is urgent need of urine and bladdar doesnt empty.

Please please solve my problem.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

You need to go through Diabetes test.Various types of bladder infections can also cause retention of urine. Need to rule out immediately as persistent condition can be drastic.
