During ultra sound doctor has noted a 2 mm cyst in right thyroid love.

I m facing lots of difficultyâ, like.
Sore throats
Every time Hawking senction
Itching in thort and tonsils
Sore thort and pain in glands
Please recommend the medicine for the same.
