Fistula in ano
My friend a ship's captain developed a fistula in ano while working on-board. he is claiming that it is a work-related condition. Is he right in doing so? Could he be compensated?j cruz on 2006-03-14

Fistula is in my experience , stress related

You try and push this in a court of law -- pretty unlikely to be compensated.
Silica is the right remedy - but disagree with the potency and length of treatment .
My OPINION is 6x twice a day for 14 days and WAIT 3 weeks to judge result.
