Question on Histaminum 30ch for allefgies

I would like to ask your assistance on the folllowing: I am allergic to vitamin d3 supplementation (i get nausea, chest pain), but because i am very deficient (11ng/ml), i decided to take histaminum 30ch on the wet dose one hour before supplementation and one after 5 hours. This solution works great, today is the second day, but i want to ask you how to continue. I plan to decrease it into one time daily, but for how long to take it? I am afraid if i stop it i may have the allergy back...
Thank you

Hi,

You should stop vitamin d supplements-and get it from food and sunlight.

Vitamin d can be tricky and needs to be monitored- there can be
So many issues with this - from dosage to
Brands to lack of vitamin k or low magnesium
Levels?

You also do not take a homeopathic remedy in order to counteract
Medications/supplements.
If you are taking histamine only to tolerate vitamin d supplements?

You are SUPPRESSING something that your body is telling you loudly that it does not want for good reason!

If this is just about vitamin d3 you need to get real tests and facts on this-
Like I said there can be many causes.

Thank you Simone. You are right about all these but my doctor insisting on finding ways to get d3. From food i cannot take enough, i am a vegeterian and from sunbathing i am very sensitive with very light pale skin, i get burned easily, i have photosensitivity. Many homeopaths suggest to take histaminum or nat mur prior to sun exposure for solar urticaria. This is the main reason why i was allergic to d3 supplements in the first place. Now for the supplement i take the prescribed supplement by my doctor and i have added magnesium and k2 extra...I need to raise my levels soon as i am in danger of many things like brittle bones etc.

Solar uticaria is a rare disease that shows cells releasing histamine when shin is exposed to the sun-causing welts/ hives.

I do not know who your dr is- a naturopath or ??
But sounds like some bad science going on here.
I do not think taking a vitamin d supplement
Would cause solar uticaria. It seems you are having
Side effects from the supplement- which means too
High a dose or your levels are too high now-

Something is not right in the vitamin d picture
And I do not think you are getting correct advice.
I have gone to a number of naturopaths- and
Been told to take huge amounts of things-
I really do not think most of them know what they are doing-

It is easy to get unbalanced being vegetarian or vegan-
If me , I would get a recommendation from Andrew Weil md
Or a person of his reputation and rethink this.
