How much Sepia 30 c should i take?Hi
I have done a lot of reading about Sepia and I feel like it fits me very very well. I bought some 30 ch and I am wondering how much to take and for how long?
I am 32, with 3 kids, stay at home mom.... used to have an exciting important life outside the home but I made it a priority to stay home with my children. I love them so much but im often irritable and feeling caged and missing out.
I have withdrawn from things that made me happy before. (social events and being seen, my confidence suffers and I feel anxious when i have made plans. I often cancel them.... but if I do go it is almost always to my benefit)
Neglect my appearance and have put on weight, especially around middle and on face. I feel lonely and taken for granted.I feel old and worn out... no longer of value to society. I know my job to my children and husband is of utmost importance but I feel tired and weary and sometimes resentful. I dont do the best I could do... I know I could be more loving and patient but I am quick to snap and complain and feel sorry for myself.
No libido and feel tired every afternoon. I also have very dark circles under my eyes.
My period used to be very regular but now it is late sometimes. I suffer pms symptoms of extreme irritability and weepiness..... stress and anxiety... always feel inferior or unloved.
The list goes on but from what I have read Sepia seems right for me.
Please recommend a dose? Yesterday afternoon I took 3 pellets. I had a good evening... I dont want to take the wrong amount... please advise!

thank you very much for your response! I took the same dose the following day and felt great....I ended up needing to take "the morning after pill" (levonorgestrel 1.5mg) can I resume the sepia and take the last dose? Or just wait one month after only taking 2 doses and the emergency contraception?
Thank you so much for your time and consideration!
