please help!
I'm 22 years old suffering from PCOS and I have not got periods since 2 months. Please help me! I want to get my periods asap.I also had and ultrasound done recently I can submit the reports if anyone takes up my case. My weight is 55 kgs and height is 5"2. U have put on 5 kgs in the last 6 months.
I was diagnosed with pcod in January this year and my periods are irregular since 1 year.
Earlier I used to get periods very early and bleed on for a month or more but since 24 April(last day of my past period) I have not had my periods. I have tried Lycopodium 200, sepia 30,gossypium herbaceum q and nux vomica 30. Slight bleeding occurred after taking all of the medicines but I didn't get the period.
My main symptoms are-
Acne on right side of face mainly.
Hairlfall and dandruff.
I cannot tolerate cold air, bright lights or loud sounds or bad odours.
I desire sour, spicy and sweet food items.
Not constipated but I don't feel entirely fresh after going to the toilet.
Sweat a lot, mostly face and upper body.
I tend to cry very easily, while watching a movie or on very little things.
I get offended and irritated very quickly.
I feel worst upon waking up in the morning, I don't feel fresh at all. I'm cranky and it takes me a while to get normal.
Also I feel tired all the time and get tired very quickly too.
Also I tend to over think and get depressed upon thinking about my sickness. I used to be a very good looking girl but now I have put on weight and there are so many acne scars and acne on my face that I have lost all my self confidence.
Right now my main concern is to get the periods asap.

No such stressful event but my lifestyle got very poor as I had moved out of my house for further studies.I don't drink or smoke but My diet got very poor, and I had no fixed time of sleeping, also I didn't do any physical exercise. I didn't take up any medication, I just had a UTI twice prior to all this irregularity in my periods for which I took antibiotics.
Also I was a bit stressed due to leaving my house and I had trouble with my roommates so it got kinda stressful.
And I think that I may have dry mouth maybe but I'm not sure as I keep drinking a lot of water all day.

Nux Vomica 200
Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water, stir a few times and drink. Do this Once.

I managed to get nux vomica 200c so I took one does of it on 9th July. Today is the 5th day after taking nux vomica. Following are the changes that I felt-
My acne cleared up! It also happened the last time I took nux vomica 30.
Also I think my digestion has improved. I'm not constipated at all.
I didn't get the periods yet, I did experience slight bleeding 2-3 times.
I was not working out since 10 days or so and I know how important is that for PCOS sufferers so I skipped rope for about 15 minutes today and since then I'm experiencing little bleeding. Should I not exercise? I was thinking about going to the gym to do some cardio and light exercises.
Also since 2-3 days during the passing of stool slight bleeding occurs.
I still have dry mouth and all the other symptoms are the same.
Is it ok drink acv mixed with water empty stomach every morning?

My period started today, in the morning. I was having period cramps and normal bleeding with few clots but after 4-5 hrs it has stopped. What shall I do now?

Please repeat Nux Vomica 200 ONLY ONCE
Next month it will be better.

Yesterday I took 1 dose of nux vomica 200 and today slight bleeding has started again. This is very distressing, I am not able to exercise or just do anything normally. Any medicine regarding this?

I know I'm early but I had to tell you that my mouth has become very very dry, I keep drinking water but just after 5 mins my throat feels as if i have been thirsty for hours. My tongue feels very dry.
Bleeding is still happening, not much 2-3 times a day(clotting).
After taking nux vomica 200 my digestion improved again. My appetite has also increased. Pimples also cleared up. But this effect wears off in a week of taking the dose of nux.

Sure. Bleeding has stopped today. But a lot of pimples are flaring up, also my hair fall has increased I already have a lot of Hair loss on the left side of my head. Rest all the symptoms are same.
Yesterday my mother gave me ashokarishtha an ayurvedic tonic to stop bleeding twice.
