The room has been changed, I now sleep in a new room where there's no mold and no ventilation problem since 3 days.
Sleep is good, wake up is good, slight back pain in the morning but maybe because I changed the matress. Can I keep my old matress from the molded room or it's better to sleep on a new one?
Pain in hallux/bunion is a bit better. It is still swollen and red though. Still some stiffness but it goes with the anti-inflammatory.
Pain in hand palm is not better, it is still there every morning and I need the anti-inflammatory to make it better.
Skin/complexion is good, pimples on the temples are gone. I applied propolis tincture on them.
Digestion and hunger is good, but motions are not perfect. The color of the stools is quite pale, sometimes yellowish, sometimes greyish, and it's a combination of normal and mushy stools. There's a hot sensation in the rectum, no burning, only hot, and gas is quite foul smelling. No pain in stomach/abdomen or when I pass stools. Regarding this, in the past, China 30c always helped me with my stools consistency, but also Arnica 200 and Nux Vomica 30 more or less... Should I try any of them?
Mood is good, it was quite bad for the last 3 days as I had a lot of arguments with my family over changing the room, but now it's better.

syria 2 weeks agoTake Kali Mur 30, twice a day. If you have only lower potencies like 6x, take it the same way instead. This alone can bring favorable changes.
You should be ok to use the old bed.
♥ Reva V 2 weeks agoOkay I'm starting Kali Mur 30c. How many days should I take it?
Also, for my general knowledge, when you say 6x without precising anything, does it mean it's the homeopathic remedy, or the biochemical salt?
Also, I may may sound repetitive but I'm not able to understand one thing, the rhumatoligists at hospital called it "Reactive Arthritis", that is to say, inflammation in the joints after a cleared infection that happened 3-4 months ago.
But you call it an inflammation of the spleen. So you don't believe in their diagnosis that they call "Reactive Arthritis"?
I'm worried, because I can take the anti-inflammatory for 3 weeks more, after that they will either give me cortisone or start an immuno-suppressive therapy, which I DON'T WANT... Immuno-suppressive treatments are very strong and come with very harsh side effects... :-(

syria 2 weeks agoSpleen is the source of the problem and the resulting affection is reactive arthritis. Allopaths see the end result and both are correct (one see the source, other see the effect)
Kali Mur is inclusive of their diagnostics. 30c is good. 6x is biochemic, but not needed, as you have 30c.

Okay. The 30c and 6x salt have the same action?
I've started the 30c two days ago but I just wanted to let you know that I also have the biochemical salt in 6x.

syria last week
I'm taking it and I feel good. i will report in 3 days.
What's your view on Harpagophytum mother tincture? My pharmacist says 15 drops three times a day is good for any inflammation. What do you think about it?
syria last weekTake Ferrum Phos 6x, three tablets twice a day. This is in addition to the Kali Mur 30 that you are already taking. Kali Mur enhances iron absorption and now is the time to supplement iron.
There are many such good remedies like you mentioned. What is important is why it is suitable for you, while there are 10s or more of good medicines exist.
If you are getting better with suggested remedies, look for what life style change you can make to eliminate all remedies including Homeopathy. At young age, you should not add remedies, but restore with active life style.
♥ Reva V last weekYes I understand what you mean.
My goal is also to remain medicine free like I was one year ago and before, and have that happy and healthy lifestyle... This last year has been quite a mess, physically and therefore mentally, and I really hope I get healthy like before.
But what kind of lifestyle changes do you advise? I always adopt any changes you advise, so please feel free. :-)
So is it the right time time to add Ferrum Phos, because I have not completed one week of Kali Mur yet...?

syria last weekI've been taking Kali Mur 30c for a week now.
Felt good throughout the week, pain in hand and foot is almost gone, a very little bit left, but I'm very happy with the improvement.
The swelling on the foot is still there but looks much better.
Stools have almost returned back to normal shape and colour.
I have not started Ferrum Phos yet as I could not buy it. Will start it in 2-3 days.
One thing that is bothering me, I have a very light kind of white patch under the eye neear the right cheek. It's not very visible, you have to be careful to see it, but I did not have it before. It is as if the skin was getting discolored in that area. What could be the reason behind it?
Should I continue Kali Mur 30c?
syria 5 days ago
Take FP for a week, along with KM30. This will bring enough iron to the blood.
After this, if you are concerned about the white patch under eyes, stop the above remedies (after a week of taking them) and start with Calc Carb 200, one dose, once a week for 2 weeks (a total of 2 doses) and write back.
