Att Dr Mohla please help

Dear Sir,

I am male, age 42, height 6.7, weight 65 kg.

When I was 17 my on both Brest started pain when I press still feel the same pain when I press. I don't feel anything there.
Normally no pain. When I press.

Please advise.

No sir not visible like female. If I press on it feels pain. Otherwise absolutely normal.

Cal Flour 6x three times for 15 days then one dose daily for 7 days.conium 200 weekly one dose for one month.
