DR. Sharma? Menopause, Insomnia, Eczema, fatigue, NO libidoHello,
I am 55 years old and 2 years ago after regular periods my entire life my menses stopped and never came back. I began with insomnia, night sweats, flushing, fatigue, memory issues, eczema (possibly gluten intolerance) and decreased libido. I did accupuncture and herbs which took all symptoms away. After about a year they slowly came back and additional accupuncture did nothing to reverse the symptoms again. It was recommended to use Sepia30c, 200c, 1M and 10M about 1 months apart one dosing only. Nothing. Maybe it was not dosed correctly? Anyway, now I also have no libido, no desire, nothing. This is terrible! I also get eczema on my pointer finger bilaterally (lateral and frontal sides only), my middle finger(right hand only lateral aspect of the distal metatarsal), and occasionally on ring fingers bilaterally and at same location as middle finger. I don't know if that detail helps but it is not my entire hand and thought I should tell you. Insomnia, I can get to sleep fine but I don't stay asleep and wake a minimum of 4 times a night (usually because I am hot). The sepia helped the night toileting and insomnia for about 4 days only at the 10M dose. The fatigue and memory is likely due to lack of restorative sleep.
Please ask any questions to help you with this case. Thank you so much!!

I forgot to mention that I also started getting headaches when menopause hit (might have had 5 in my life before menopause). They are always over my right eye and just over the lateral brow area. The pain intensifies when I press on the area but I DON'T have any light sensitivity, nausea/vomiting or vision disturbances. Sleep has no affect on pain which usually keeps me awake for most of the night. They last 2 days always. It is the same headache each time. I just started tracking them so I don't know how often they are occuring. Also, I have a history of UTI's (over the past 14 years) which occur most often post coitus. No position change or after care seems to make a difference. A urologist did a scope which was normal and they just want to give me antibiotics. I'm sure I have gut dysbiosis from all the past use of antibiotics which I think is why I have gluten and dairy intolerance now. In the last 7 years or so I have been using Homeopathy to treat and 90% of the time it works but interestingly it is not the same remedy that works each time. I have used Cantharis, Staphysagria, Borax with Apis Mell and one time Candida Albicans is what worked. I know I must sound like a train wreck by now but I hope you can help figure out the root cause of this mess. Thank you
