Strongly suggest you stop finisteride or any other "drug" side effect of this
Is low testosterone ( which will cause depression )and may damage testosterone levels so one will need replacement testosterone for life.
If this is genetic hair loss the only way to change this as of now is to get a type of hair transplant where hairs from back of head are individually put into the missing areas. The hairs being lost are genetically coded to fallout and the hair at the back of bottom head have a different code and
Will not fall out.
There is no " homeopathic" one size fits all for hair loss- treatment must be individual and if genetic cause results are not good.

Simone is correct. Male Pattern baldness has seldom restored with medicines.
However, research shows the relationship between iron and male pattern baldness. One with male pattern baldness have lower iron than control group (google for this in nih website)
They tried to feed iron, but they could not see the result. My speculation is because the lower iron level is due to lower assimilation of iron. Iron supplement does not fix the root and hence they could not see the result.
Homeopathy has a few medicines to fix the assimilation of iron. Giving it, along with other medicine and supplement is high likely to give results. If you are willing to sincerely try the protocol that I have for 6 months or so, please respond. It could be worth the try
