An acute left sided ovary pain

Hi there, I'd appreciate some guidance :)
I have had a left sided ovary pain for about 3-4 weeks now. It is a similar pain to ovulation pain, but it has persisted instead of passing within an hour to 6 hours as usual.

My previous ovulation in April left sided ovulation pain lasted much longer than usual about 15 hours.
In May left sided pain was extremely painful on ovulation day.
June ovulation day wasn't obvious as I had some general pain, then came on both sides and again was very painful. Pain has persisted now for 3/4 weeks.

My periods are consistent and regular as clockwork. I am 44.

I also have toothpain from a left sided upper tooth, which I was told a year or so ago may need a route canal. This last month I've had a deep pain from there which I use Clove oil to relieve.

I also have chronic left sided pain (diagnosed as Hemicrania Continua) since 2012, pain through left side of my head, neck, left arm and hand, with intermittent paresthia throughout left side of body more prominent in my face, hand and foot.

Seeking advice, thanks in advance :)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1.take nux vomica 200c 3pills weekly once at night, not during menses.
2.take magnesium phos 6x 4tablets whenever you have either ovarian pain or headache or toothache..just dissolve it in half glass hot water and take it fully..you can also repeat twice to thrice daily also.

report changes after 10-15days
