Burning sensation in urethra and tip of penis

Dear sir/ma'am,

I am 24 years old male, indian, I masturbate daily 2-3 times, the thing is, there is a burning sensation in my urethra, tip of my penis and under my penis head(white cracks),and my penis is circumcised, I have tested for UTI and it came back normal also the doctor checked my prostate for any pain, but it was normal so the doctor ruled out prostatitis.
I have been taking thuja 300 3 pills dose 1-0-1 for 5 days and sulhpur 300 3 pills morning and nux vomica 300 3 pills evening for 10 days, but couldn't see any change.
And also I suffer from premature ejaculation, hence nux vomica, which is also not yet cured.
Pls help coz I m getting married after 2 months.
Pls doctor
