9 month old baby sprained arm- which remedy??

Hello
My 9 month old has a sprained arm- not sure where. It might be his forearm or wrist
He fell back but I was holding his forearm, ever since then he barely uses his arm and cries when we apply pressure. He can lift it up and bend it, but I can tell it's not as strong, so I think sprain. My husband brought him to doctors now to check it out but I would like to know which remedy to use
And dosage please?? And thank you!!
