Homeopathic remedy for intense skin itching for daughter 18 months old

Hello,

This is my first time posting here. My daughter is 18 months old and she gets intense skin itching around 2-2:30 am. She wakes up because of that. This episode started about 1.5 weeks back. She first got a rash all over her body (redness followed by itching and then leathery skin). There are visible dry spots in the thigh area. She constantly feels itch near her elbow joints, behind neck, and under her thigh area. We used layers of moisturizing cream and petroleum jelly to address the skin problem and her skin seems in much better condition but her itching has not gone away. We give her an ayurvedic oil orally to help her clear her gut but so far that has not helped with the itch at night. She had the same issue earlier in the year when we were in another place. That time the skin was in very bad condition (almost papery to touch). This was brought about by moving to another place (Dallas, TX). When we came back (Pittsburgh, PA), the skin went back to normal. We also approached a homeopath doctor at that time and he gave us remedies to give to our daughter for 4 months (I dont know what remedies were given). Now the remedies do not seem to work as our daughter wakes up in the middle of the night with intense itching. I was hoping someone can help me with our situation.

Thank you.
Rahul.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Stop giving the remedies that the homeopath gave you. You are overdosing on them. You are making the symptoms worse.

The remedies that the homeopath were numbered 1-4 with different remedies each month. The four months are almost over and now the old problem has cropped up again (intense itching around 2-2:30am). What remedy can I give our daughter for the condition? I would appreciate it if you could guide me on which remedies we can try out as also the dosage and potency for the remedies.

Thank you.
