High blood sugar

Hello dear drs,
I am 47 yrs and my husband is 62 yrs. We both recently dignosed with high blood sugar . six months ago we were told we are on the border line. Please suggest what to do. we both don't eat any junk food ,no sodas nothing just Indian Punjabi roti and curries and vegetables. no desire for any spicy or sweet or salty .thanks

2) Fatigue level?

3) Any increased urination?

4) Any increased thirst?

5) Any Blurred vision ?

6) Any yeast infections?

7) Weight loss?

8) Any Muscle and nerve problems ?

9) How is brain function?

10) Any other symptoms ?

11) Sugar Level ?

12) Any medication in progress?

13) Any other health related issues?
