Urge incontience, causticum initially worked miracle but stopped workingAny professional homeopath plz help:
I had been and still am suffering from urge incontinence, that is, sudden violent urge to urinate and involuntary leakage for over 12 years. No homeopathic remedy that I had tried seemed to be of any help. Finally I tried Causticum 6X and it was truly a miracle; decades of incontinence seemed to vanish right after taking the 2nd dosage in liquid form (6 drops in each dose). I did not have any symptom for about 5 months. Then the symptoms unfortunately returned as before. I intended to repeat the remedy in same potency but thought it prudent to consult a local homeopath. She gave me one dose (3 drops) of Cuasticum 1M and asked me to wait 3 months to see the results. It has been about a months since then but my symptoms persists without any sign of improvements. I guess I had better repeated causticum in same potency at least few more times before switching to a higher potency. Please kindly advise me what to do now. Is there any chance going back to the lower 6X potency now can help?

One can't be sure if the lower potency will work or not now. But it can be tried out giving some time from the last dose to see for sure. If 6x does not work, 12x or 24x or 6c may be tried.

You asked if the lower potency like 6x can help. I gave a generalised answer.
Some people resonate with lower dilutions or potencies of a particular medicine so they will respond to those dilutions/potencies only. But this is not a rule. There could be exceptions.
So it's worth a try for you to go back to those lower strengths where you got some relief.
