No improvement on warts

ive had warts on my chest for about a year now. i was advised to take causticum 30c (thrice three pills) and apply sabina q on them which i have been doing for the last 15-20 days. there has been no change at all. causticum 30c i presume, instead, gave me constipation and i wasn't able to relieve myself for a week almost. this further caused skin eruptions on my face. Ive have recently stopped causticum 30c, and my face has cleared.

Also the warts haven't gotten better, and i have tried thuja 1m before. there was no response to that too.

Also, three years back I had anal warts, which seemingly confirms the presence of HPV in the body. What medication must I take? please advise.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take the following remedies one by one. You should take the remedy twice a day for 10 days and then review it.

Cinnabaris 30
Hepar Iod 30
Nitric Acid 30
Staphysagria 30
Thuja 30

One dose means 2 pills.
