lead toxicity

Please Sir,

Male 63 yr dark complexion
My blood test report has these abnormalities

LIPASE 74.3 U/L

LEAD 387.55 mug/L

eGMR 74 ml/min/1.73 m2

I feel dizziness all the day, cutting and stretching pains in abdomen, weakness throughout body, lack of concentration, feeling of imbalance, heavyness in back and sides of abdomen, soarness in muscles, tingling pains in left side of body. Feeling chest congestion,pain and soarness in diaphram region, burning feeling along oesophagus, some time high pulse rate like 90 or 100, remaining time it is between 50 to 60 most of time.

Please suggest some homeopathic remedy
