Pemphigus Foliaceus Treatment, HELP !!

I would like to treat my dog in suffering with Pemphigus Foliaceus (feels painful to see it untreated). Can you suggest please?
I would like to share the past administration of the homeopathic medicines:
1. graphities
2. Thuja
3. Petroleum
4. Hepar Sylph
5. Silicia
6. Sepia

Last one I gave sepia 1000 (once only) and after 8-9 days the dog has vomited plenty of white mucus, expressed more thirst with bright yellow urine. It has started showing improved energy level and started walking a little, that wasn't possible earlier for it.

It's skin is still full of blisters and crusts, has shredded almost 80% hair and got considerable greying of hair. The dog smells very bad. The most painful parts are it's paws, all cracked, suppurated and abnormally grown with high sensitivity to touch and walk. Its legs have become a little thicker than earlier.
