Baby fever and cold- 10 month old

Hi
My 10 month old baby got what looks like a common cold on Friday, sneezing, watery eyes, runny nose.
But today he has a fever still, it went away and came back.
Fever of 38.6
Congested nose- hard to breath
Nasal discharge- clear/little cloudy
Watery eyes
Tired, just wants to be held
But still in good spirits-smiling
Bad sleep last night but naps are good

Which remedy can help fight this??
And what dose for 10 month old baby?
I only have access to pellets at my nearby stores.
Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pl give her
1. Arsenic alb-30 4 pills twice a day
2. Compound no 11 2 pallets twice a day
Pl give this treatment for 2 days and then give feedback

If nose is stuffed up and there is yellow discharge, then Pulsatilla might help. Try 30c.
