cervical and lumbar spondolysis

MY WIFE 79 YEARS OLD HAS BEEN DIAGNOSIED AS HAVINGCERVICAL AND LUMBAR SPONDOLYSIS. THIS WAS dignosed after MRI SCAN OF LUMBAR AND CERVICAL MRI SCAN.
She is having chronic andpulling pain in both upper and lower regions. MANYTIMESSHE COMPLAINS OF HAVING SPASMS ,TWISTING PAINS IN PORTONS FROM THIGHS AND KNEE PORTIONS OF HER BODY.SOME TIMES SHE COMPLAINS OF PRESSURE IN HER CHEST.SHE IS HAVING PAINS IN CHEST PORTION AND HANDS.
SHE HAS BEEN ADVISED TO WALK 5 KILOMETERS DAILY BY THE NEURO-PHYSICIAN.
AND LYRICA 75 MMG CASULES FOR ONE MONTH. BUT WALKING HAS BEEN ADVISED AS A PERMANENT MEASURE.
ARE THERE ANY REMEDIES IN HOMEOPATHY TO ALLEVIATE HER SUFFERINGS/
PLEASE ADVISE

Whether mag phos and gelsemium helped her for her abdominal pain. If it helped, it should also help for this pain.

She can use Mag Phos 30 and Gelsemium 30.
2 pills or drops of both drugs each at a time is one dose.
