Dry inflamed right eye after lasik

After Lasik my eyes became very dry and need artificial tears every 2 hrs, which means that I cant really sleep. The right one becomes very hot dry and inflamed and gets stuck to the eyelids which I cant open, as soon as I fall to sleep...To get rid of the inflamation I use ice cold water! This is very hard and I was wondering whether homeopathy might help?
