Whitlow

Hi I am a 39 yrs female and 7 months pregnant.
Whitlow (I think) infection started on right thumb 3-4 days ago. I pick the skin around my nails and assume an infection got in. I understand the cause of whitlow can be either bacterial or herpetic. Could be either since I do have herpes simplex virus in my system. I suspect it may have been washing the dishes by hand, however :)
Area to the inside left of the thumb is swollen, reddy pink, throbbing, tender. No sign of suppuration or pus, but a small green centre can be seen at the side of the nail. Tip of thumb is ok, infection is to the side.
2 days ago came a strong red stripe along the right forearm, from the site of infection to the elbow- lymphangitis (I think). I started with hepar sulph 30c, taking regular doses over 24 hours. The red stripe has almost gone, but the whitlow is getting worse.
Would rather not take antibiotics since I am pregnant. My immunity is pretty low, pregnancy has been a tough ride with vomiting, heartburn, low blood pressure and dizziness. This also confirmed by over reaction to mosquito bites this week, several bites on both arms which have swollen much more than normal.
I don't have Belladonna on me, which would have been my next guess. Hard to get hold of remedies in Norway, but I do have quite a selection from the helios kits. Suggestions warmly welcome!
Thank you have a nice day :) Nicola

Keep the area wet by applying a soaked wet cloth either in warm or cold water depending on which one gives comfort.

Up the potency of Hepar sulph to 200c and see if it relieves. Take one dose per day maximum of four doses.

Afer this goes off, come back with detailed symptoms to improve your immunity.

What are the remedies you have in hand?

Thank you! I don't have hep sulph in 200 unfortunately.
In 200 I have: aconite, arnica, bell per, calendula, carbveg, cauloph, Cham, cimicifuga, gelsem, hypericum, ipecac, kali carb, Kali pros, phytolacc, puls, secale, sepia, nat mur, staph, mag mur.
In 30 I have: ign, bry, kali bich, lycopodium, ant tart, dros, merc viv, ledum, Lachesis, sulph, canth, phos, calc carb, calendula, arnica, carb veg.
Carcinosin in 1m and 2m (prescribed recently as constitutional, also Nat mur prescribed as constitutional over the years)
Other symptoms, pregnancy related heartburn, vomiting, dizziness, exhaustion, spaced out and staring into space, brain fog, low mood, thoughts of death and severe illness of myself, partner or baby. Better absolute rest in a straight and upright position, in the afternoon, after sleep, sipping ice cold water, fresh air, gentle occasional movement, quiet. Worse exertion, stress, conversation, coffee, sweets, acidic food, too much liquid at once.
Thank you again!

Update, is actually acute paronychia infection, not herpetic whitlow!

Yes it's unfortunate that important remedies are not in 200c.

You could use Merc. viv. 30 though which complements Hepar well and also covers some of your other symptoms.

One pill/drop as a dose. Stop with the dose that significantly relieves or worsens.
