Dear Experts

I am 52,male.I have been taking Arnica 30 two times for my blood pressure for about a month daily.I have some digestive problems. A homeopath of my area suggests me to take Nux Vom 200 during bed time.Can take Nux Vom 200C with Arnica 30C?
