Anal abscess or fistula not sure?need urgent help

Hi,
I had hemorrhoids symptoms, i visited doctor , he prescribed ointment . i started applying but after 2-3 days some small bluster came next to my anus. i thought it is simple boil. it drained after 3 days with some pus and blood. now i am feeling same issue again and again. it develop every 2 days and drain . if there is no bluster then small pus comes out of that , sometime with blood.

I read all symptoms online , its seems like some kind of anal Fistula.

Can anybody help me . i feel pain near my anal area, after that pus/blood comes from that bluster and i get relief but it is not curing .

Please take the following remedies twice a day for 10 days and report back..

Calc Sulph 30
Silicea 30

One dose means 2 pills each of both remedies at a time.
