Dear Dr i have some problems gain.
i was regularly taking medicines ashwaganda, shatavari, 5 phos 6x and selenium once in 15 days. sudden i got problem of Shoulder impingement / rotator cuff syndrome. my right shoulder movement restricted and high fever. I temporary stopped all these medicines. i was admitted in hospital and got antibiotics. i ran away from hospital after two days. injections and medicines were very warm. mistakenly i did masturbate.
by physiotherapy, i comparatively better but still pain in right shoulder.
kindly tell some remedy.
also i am feeling much weakness and doziness in all the days. desire to much sleep. kindly tell some remedy for increasing blood level

keep taking everything same, also take homeopathic biochemic ferrum phos 6x, 5 pills, 3 times a day, for 30 days.

Dear Dr. You know all my history. I have all the problems back. I am currently using no medicine.
Specially,
No masturbation at all but night fall twice a day (frequently).
weakness after getting up in morning.
Strong disappointment in life.
Unknown fear specially Fear of being harassment or humiliation o torture.
lack of confidence
I have restricted in movement in right shoulder. it is rotor caff syndrome. some people saying that these may be the little side effects of ashwaganda or shatvari as different medicines have different effects on different bodies.

Dear Dr I have some fears attached to selenium 30. I got movement restriction in shoulder/rotor caff right after the use of selenium 30.
Kindly can you recommend any other alternate medicine.

i told you to stop the medicines after 1 year, please self prescribe yourself, excess masturbation needs strong will power to stop, medicines do not does magic if there is no will power.

I accept and regret my mistake of stopping medicines before time but i have stopped masturbation.
i asked about night fall and other things.
srong disappointment in life.
