Tinnitus in both ears (high ringing sound in left ear)

I am 40 year old male and having ringing sound in both ears since last few years. It is more in left ear.

Since last 2 weeks it increased bit when listened music on headphone but it was not for more then 30 minutes and that too mild sound.

I was on medicaiton for Tuberclosis 7 years back and do not remember if this ringing sound started after that but i did not had it prior to that.

Please can you help

Please take Chininum Sulphuricum 30 twice a day for 10 days and see how that affects.

One dose means 2 pills.
