precum flooding and premature ejaculation

Imma 23 yr old guy staying in hostel for the last 5 yrs. I started watching porn since i was 20 and i used to watch it with my girl and the we made out... not always lol... i recently did the same thing as usual, u know old habbits never die and i came off to early and on top of that the other day i was on a phone wid my girl and we had some naughty things said. i then noticed some precum in my pants it did not wantd to stop at all and in no time my pant was all wet as if i hd urinated a little. I then had a strong urge to pee and then had some pain in my penis.
