Post-pregnancy problems

I had two babies within the last 2.5 years. During both pregnancies I was on full bed rest due to symphiolysis and double hernia. I had two c-sections and also a double hernia surgery.

I had my baby seven months ago, but due to the years of inactivity, I have no energy and also haven't lost any weight. I am typically around 130 lbs, but am now still 170. I feel tired, lethargic, and no energy to 'get going'. I constantly crave sweets but also find it difficult to eat consistently.

Is there anything I can take to help 'jump start' my metabolism and energy again? I've been tested for hypothyroidism and everything is supposedly fine. But I just don't feel good about myself or like myself in a very long time.

Any help is appreciated. I'm also 43 years old and likely peri-menopausal.

Thank you!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take a single dose of Sepia 200 and see how that affects over 15 days.
