For respected Dr. kwda & Dr. Akshaymohl.... allergy from dust & morning sneezing.

Age-32
Gender-Female
Weight-78kg
Area of living- Rajasthan (deseart area)
Taste-Sweet
Problem -
In previous we were leaving in Bikaner Rajasthan where dust is very thin. Dust Storms are common there. After dusty stroms I feels like as asthmatic patient. I feels problem in respiration & watery nose. It is very hard to breathe, along with this sneezing starts. Problem becomes severe, for that I have to take citrizen immediately or some other dose which is higher than citrizen(montare).

In recent days we have shifted to Jhunjhunu Rajasthan where the size of dust is much thicker, compared to Bikaner Rajasthan. Now here the frequency of allergy is reduced. But I face this problem many times here also.

As now cold is about to start. now I have developed a habit of sneezing in the early morning whenever I goes out of the house and exposed to early morning cold. Sneezing remains for 2 to 3 hours and after that it settle down. Many times for the relief i takes citrizen.

Plz help.
