Numbness in hands and feet
I have been suffering from occasional numbness in the fingers and sometimes my feet (less frequent ) it gets very painful and occurs only when I sleep. I notice tat it gets worse after doing manual work like cleaning the house. Can someone help?JCL on 2017-10-03

Please take the following remedies twice a day for 10 days.

Arnica 30
One dose means 2 pills each of both the remedies at a time.

Thank you for responding Dr Kadwa. I have ARNICA 9CH (BOIRON) should I use it or order the Arnica 30.

Dear Dr Kadwa, after 10 days of Arnica and Rhus the symptoms are still
The same . It was slightly better one night but no major changes .
