question for Joe De Livera
I have a question concerning the arnica for smoking. I have at home arnica 12c and arnica 30x. To make the solution to stop smoking, can one of these potencies be used, or do I need to order arnica 30c? My local health store does not sale any potencies above 30x, and 12c.tbarbie on 2006-03-20

I have used Arnica 30c to help smokers to quit. Since you have 12c you may use it in the manner that I have indicated, 3 pellets in a 500ml bottle of spring water and shake hard before you sip a teaspoonful 3 times daily for 2 weeks and twice daily thereafter.
