dr Kadwa help.. female hair loss

hello i am a patient of female hair loss for almost 11 years.. I don't have thyroid issues... i am healthy but do not know why suffering with hair loss (i m masturbating a lot sine i m 17).. my hormones are little bit disturb but after treatment my hormones are perfect.
my scalp is half oily half dry and very thind hair even scalp is visible.
front bald area is horrible.
plz suggest any medicine .. i am taking other homeopathic medicine for 2 years little differece is visible..but not ok with this little progress.

also i watch porn and masturbate a lot and i want to stop it.

so it is just 15 days medicine? ok i will try this and then tell u the results.. by the way i have very bad dandruff also.. like 12 months sorry i didn't tell u . but u have used almost every anti dandruff shampoo but its of no use . my homeopathic doc always give me sepia and graphite drops amd sometimes pills.. this month he gave me arnica drops. but i m taking these medicine for 7 months already. now i m go to take ur suggested pills.thank u and are these medicine made in Germany?
also plz tell first medicine for day 1 to day 3 but 2nd medicine should start at day 3? or day 4? to 15.
