Intermittent Esotropia

My daughter is 3 and has been diagnosed with Intermittent Esotropia in April. For the past several months we've been observing her. Now,her PO(pediatric opthamologist) is suggesting to put a patch over her left eye to make the right one stronger. the right eye is the one that turns in every so often. Is there a homeopathic remedy that might be helpful to her in addition to patching?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give the following remedies and report in a week.

1. Calc Phos 6x, three tablets, once in the morning
2. Ferrum Phos 6x, three tablets, once in the evening

Both the above remedies are called Bio Chemic remedies (also called Cell Salts) and help to provide the necessary nutrition

In addition to the above, please give

Gelsemium 30, three pills, once in the morning, on alternate days.

It is suggested to give 10 minutes gap between medicine and any other food or drink. It is ok to give along with food or drink.

Stay away from sudden bright artificial light in the evening (like TV, Cell Phone, Tablet etc). Typically, one with this problem are very light sensitive and help to work with minimum enough light.
